Shipping
All Domestic and International Shipping from Posh Possessions, Ltd. will be done via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) and is based upon the total weight and cost of the items placed in your shopping cart. For customer protection, all shipments will be insured for the full amount of the product total. Our web site communicates directly with UPS and USPS computers for accurate calculation of shipping and insurance. During the checkout process, you will be given available shipping options and prices for each option. For all International shipments, any additional applicable duty, tax, and brokerage fees will be charged to buyer upon receipt.
Returns
We know you will love your Posh Possessions, Ltd. purchases.
But, in the rare case you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may
return your item for a full merchandise credit good for one (1) year from
date of original purchase*.
*In the event you must return an item, all returns must be
postmarked back to our address within seven (7) business days of receipt. If
the item is being returned due to a defect, it will be replaced. Original and
return shipping, and insurance is not refundable.
Please follow these steps to ensure a speedy and proper return:

Contact Posh Possessions (returns@poshpossessions.com)
for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).

Package the item in its original packing materials including
original receipt with your RMA number written on the top. All
items must be in original (new) condition and in the case of footwear,
unworn.

All returns must be shipped insured with delivery
confirmation for your protection.

Please email your tracking number to Posh Possessions (returns@poshpossessions.com)
once your package has been shipped.
Upon receipt and approval of your return, you will be issued a
store merchandise credit good for one (1) year from date of original purchase.
